摘要
依据有关安全健康与环境的法律法规、标准、规范、规程和其它要求,结合石化建设工程项目的特点,制定出了《石化建设工程项目安全检查表风险评价方法》,经项目评价人员应用,找出了工程项目中存在的中、高风险危害,制定了对策,实施后取得了明显效果。
According to HSE laws,standards,codes and regulations and other requests,Risk Assessment Methods by Safety Checklist for Petrochemical Construction Projects was developed combined with the characteristics of petrochemical construction projects.After its application by project assessment personnel,high and medium risks were found,and countermeas-ures were worked out.Distinct effects were achieved upon implementation of these countermeasures.
