摘要
根据双头单螺杆泵线型优化的总体原则确定优化目标、约束条件,建立短幅内摆线线型的优化数学模型。在Visual C++编程语言基础上,采用复合形法对建立的数学模型进行优化,求出当变幅系数k=0.5,等距线半径趋于无穷大时线型结果最好。结合具体实例,计算出优化范围内各点的双头单螺杆泵的几何参数,为双头单螺杆泵的深入研究提供参考。
According to overall principle of double helix single screw pump for linear optimization, we ensure the optimization goal and restrain terms to set up a noptimization mathematics model. Based on Visual C++ programming language, we adopt complex method to optimize the set up mathematics model to obtain a coefficient k = 0. 5. When isometry radius becomes infinite great the line shape is the best. Combining practical application, we calculate the geometry parameter within the optimized range of double helix single pump, which offer a reference for further study in this field.
