摘要 在采油过程中,螺杆泵的各种故障都会引起光杆转矩、转速、轴向力的变化,在驱动头上实时检测这些数值的变化规律,对采油系统工况诊断、抽油杆柱强度校核、杆柱受力分析、油井参数、采油工艺等具有重要作用。阐述了地面驱动螺杆泵变频自动调速闭环控制系统的构成和工作原理,研制了非接触式转矩转速轴向力传感器,并在泽70断块56口井进行了现场试验,结果表明,达到了增产节能,提高系统效率等目的。 The change of polished rod torque rotate speed axial force is aroused by various failure in the process of screw pump oil extraction, changeable law of these numerical value on the driw ing head is detected on real time. It is important to oil extraction system operating condition diagnoses, sucker rod string intension check, oil well parameter and oil extraction arts and crafts and so on. This paper expounds operating principle and composing of ground drive screw pump frequency conversion automatism timing closed loop control system, develops non-osculate torque rotate speed axial force sensor, and progresses spot experimentation in 56 well. The application results indicate that it achieves increasing production and energy saving, and enhances system efficiency and so on.
