摘要
采用化学浸泡法和电化学方法研究了22Cr双相不锈钢在油田地面环境下的缝隙腐蚀状况,并结合当地地面状况进行不同温度的缝隙腐蚀试验。结果表明,随着温度的升高,22Cr双相不锈钢的缝隙腐蚀程度增大,自腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀倾向增大,耐缝隙腐蚀性能下降。电化学阻抗谱在不同的温度呈现不同的特征。
The crevice corrosion of 22Cr duplex stainless steel in oil field was investigated by using chemical immersion and electrochemical methods, and the crevice corrosion test were performed in different temperature according to practical environment of oil field. The results show that the trend of crevice corrosion and self-corrosion increased with the increasing of temperature, and the crevice corrosion resistance dropped. EIS have different feature in different temperature.
