摘要
以废旧阴极射线管为主要原料,SiC为发泡剂,Na2SiF6为助熔剂,采用粉末烧结法制备泡沫玻璃。通过DTA、XRD、SEM等分析手段对泡沫玻璃的性能进行了研究。结果表明,发泡剂SiC的最佳用量为5%,配方中加入助熔剂Na2SiF6后,试样的发泡温度降至820℃。试样在发泡温度下保温30 min,主晶相为Pb,次晶相为Pb3O4、Al6Si2O13,泡沫玻璃密度为0.653 g/cm3,抗压强度为6.28 MPa,抗折强度为2.11 MPa。
The foam glass is prepared by powder sintered method using waste cathode ray tubes glass as main raw material, taking SiC as foaming agent and Na2SiF6 as flux agent. The properties of foam glass were analyzed by means of DTA, XRD and SEM. The results show that the optimal amount of SiC is 5%. The foaming temperature is reduced to 820 ℃ when add Na2SiF6 in compounding formula, and holding for 30 min under foaming temperature, the hostcrystal phase is Pb and paracrystal phase are Pb3O4 and Al6Si2O13 and foam glass with density of 0.653 g/cm^3, compression strength of 6.28 MPa and bending strength of 2.11 MPa.
