摘要 师生冲突是师生交往中不可避免的教育现象,从心理学角度探讨其发生的原因及对策有着重要的理论和实践意义。本文拟从心理学层面分析其产生的潜在根源,并归结为教师修养、学生个体、家庭心理环境和学校管理方式等四个方面的原因。提出了分别由教师、学生、家庭与学校通过不同的方式来解决师生冲突的策略。 Conflicts between teachers and students is the inevitable education phenomenon in teachers and students, discusses the reasons and the countermeasures from the psychology angle which it occurs has the important theory and the practice significance. This article draws up the latent root which analyzes it from the psychology stratification plane to produce, and sums up for the teacher's cultivation, the student individual, the family psychology environment and the school administration way and so on four aspects reasons. Proposed solution strategies separately by the teacher, the student, the family and the school through different ways to the conflicts between teachers and students .
