摘要
本文简单论述了流动注射分析(Flow Injection Analysis,以下简称FIA)的基本原理、仪器组成、主要用途和特点;简单介绍FIA的发展历史及目前国内外的现状;同时对FIA的发展动向和应用前景作了初步探讨。
In 1974 the Flow Injection Analysis (FIA)was suggested by Ruzicka and Han- sen. FIA is a truly microchemical technique.It has ability to control volumes, mixing patterns, and residence times exactily. This paper briefly introduced fundamental principle, configurations of the instrument, major use and features of FIA. The development history and status que of FIA were described in this paper. Meanwhile the direction of development and applied prospect of FIA were discussed.
