摘要
我国公共投资对经济增长的作用有多大,理论研究存在分歧。本文在总结前人研究的基础上,运用生产函数法对公共投资的产出效率进行回归和协整分析,结果认为我国公共投资对经济增长存在显著的促进作用,但其产出弹性小于私人投资的产出弹性,公共投资的产出效率低于私人投资的产出效率。
There were some differences on the effect of public investment to economic growth in China. This paper summarized some former＇s studies, and analyzed the production efficiency of China＇s public investment on regress and cointegration. The conclusion is that public investment notable promoted economic growth in China, but the elasticity of public investment was smaller than private investment. The production efficiency of public investment was lower than private investment.
