摘要
以高蛋白品系F93-486为母本、武春1号和陇春8号为父本组配了2个组合。在每个组合中获得P1、P2、F1、F2、B1和B26个群体,并以此为供试材料对F93-486的蛋白质含量、角质率等性状的遗传规律进行了研究。结果表明,蛋白质含量与角质率主要受基因加性效应控制,遗传力高。沉淀值与穗粒数虽然符合加性—显性模型,但狭义遗传力估值偏低。株高与穗长也符合加性—显性模型,但株高的广义、狭义遗传力高。
High protein line F 93-486 of spring wheat ( T.aestivum L.) used as seed parent was crossed with two varieties namely Wuchun No.1 and Longchun No.8 respectively in this experiment. P 1, P 2, F 1, F 2, B 1 and B 2 of each combination were obtained to study the genetic model and heritability of 6 agronomic traits such as protein content, sedimentation value, vitreousness of grain, plant height, spike length and grains per spike. The results indicated that protein content and vitreousness of grain were mainly controlled by additive effect of gene and had higher heritablity. The characters including vitreousness of grain, plant height, spike length and grains per spike accorded with additive dominant effect model, but vitreousness of grain, spike length and grains per spike had lower narrow sense heritability, the plant height had higher narrow sense and broad sense heritability.
