摘要 对79份国内外不同地区的谷子种质资源的主成分分析表明,形态学性状、生育期和分蘖能力是鉴定评价谷子种质资源不可缺少的指标,也是谷子种内划分的重要参考依据。笔者将图论聚类法与主成分分析相结合,成功地对参试的79份谷子材料进行了分类。 The principal component analysis and graph theory classification (MST) of 79 accessions of foxtail millet [ Setaria italica (L.) P. Beauv.] from different countries were carried out. The results showed that botanical characters, maturity and tillering ability were basic characteristics in characterizing and evaluating foxtail millet germplasm. They were also important reference characters in racial classification of this crop. Combined with the principal component analysis, graph theory clustering was successfully applied to the classification of these accessions and the results conform to the previous study.
