盐藻高密度培养的环境条件研究

Study on the Conditions of High Density Cultivation of Dunaliella salina

摘要 在优化配方基础上,通过摇瓶培养考察了pH、接种密度、光照强度等环境条件对盐藻生长的影响,结果表明盐藻的最适生长pH为8.0~8.5,接种密度以(7.5~10)×10^4 cells/ml为宜,光强在3000~5000 lx范围内藻细胞生长较好,细胞密度较高。 In the optimized culture solution,the alga was cultivated by different pH value,inoculum density and illumination intensity respectively.The result indicated that the optimum pH value was between 8.0 and 8.5,the optimum inoculum density was between 75 and 100 thousand cells per milliliter and the optimum illumination intensity was between 3000 and 5000 luxces.
