摘要
高校图书馆作为高等教育重要组成部分,是文献信息资源中心,是学生的第二课堂,是开展终身教育的大学校,是培养高素质人才的重要基地,应义不容辞地承担起创新型人才培养的历史使命。本文分析了高校人才培养目标的转变,论述了高校图书馆在创新型人才培养中的优势与作用,提出了高校图书馆通过以书育人、以馆育人、以技育人、以服务育人的培养措施,为创新型人才培养提供强有力的支持。
As an important integral part of higher education, university library is the center of literature and information resources, the second classroom for the students, the school of carrying on lifelong education, and the important base of high quality talents cultivation. It should shoulder the historical mission of cultivating innovative talents in duty bound. This thesis analyzes the transition of university talents cultivation target, discusses the advantage and function of university library in innovative talents cultivation, and puts forward that university library gives a powerful support for innovative talents cultivation through the cultivation measure of educating people by book, educating people by library, educating people by skills and educating people by service.
