摘要
以野菊花总黄酮含量为指标考察其水溶液的稳定性,研究结果表明:乙醇提取法野菊花总黄酮分解少稳定性好、提取率高,其提取率是沸水提取法的3.1倍;在八种常用的附加稳定剂中以硫代硫酸钠、亚硫酸钠对总黄酮的稳定性影响较大,可使总黄酮含量降低26.26%~15.91%;野菊花提取液中总黄酮含量在存放三年中平均每年降低1.15%,在100℃加热30min后降低0.99%,变化甚微,是非常稳定的;强光直射30h可使提取液中总黄酮含量平均下降10.21%,对稳定性影响较大;提取液的pH值在3.9~5.9时总黄酮含量最稳定。
The stability of water solution was studied with the content of flavonoids from chrysanthemum indicun as indexes. The research results expressed that the tallest of ethanol extracting rate of flavonoids from Sarcandrae glabra Nahal and is more 3.1times with boiling water extracting way. In the additives for the eight kinds common used, sodium thiosulphate and sodium sulfate made the flavonoids to descent 26.26%-15.91%; The flavonoids were measured in the extraction liquid are stable after place three years and flavonoids average lower 1.15% annually and lower 0.99% after heating put out germ; The strong light shooting for 30 hours can make the flavonoids descend average 10.21%. The fiavonoids in the extraction liquid are the most stable in pH 3.9-5.9.
