摘要
对荸荠果皮不溶性膳食纤维的化学法提取工艺进行了研究。通过对氢氧化钠浓度、处理时间、处理温度与原料颗粒大小等影响因素进行单因素及正交实验,获得最佳工艺条件为氢氧化钠浓度4%、处理温度40℃、处理时间1h、原料过40目筛。在此条件下不溶性膳食纤维的提取率为85.5%,产品纯度为30.2%。
Study on the extraction of insoluble dietary fiber from Chinese water chestnut pericarp by chemical method. The optimum processing conditions were made through the single factor and orthogonal experiments: adopt 4% NaOH solution to handle lh at 40℃, the granularity of material is lower than 40-eyes-sieve. At this condition, the extraction efficiency of insoluble dietary fiber is 85.5%, the product with purity 30.2%.
