摘要
文章采纳了Oxford(1990)的部分策略,通过听力测试、调查问卷和访谈,对某理工科院校本科一年级593名学生进行了为期一年的听力策略的运用及效果研究。主要探讨了理工科学生听力策略运用的倾向性及其与听力测试成绩的相关性。研究结果表明,有效地使用听力策略有助于英语听力水平的提高。
This paper adopts some of Oxford's strategies to study the employment of Listening strategies and its effects on non - English majors in a college of science and engineering. The current research aims to explore the relationship between listening strategies and achievements in English listening test. The author carries on a one - year research on 593 students in the college and collects data through listening test, questionnaire and talking face to face. Hence, a conclusion is drawn from the study that effective use of listening strategies contributes to higher achievement in English listening.
