摘要
文章采用酸溶一步法由铝箔酸洗废液制备液体聚合氯化铝(PAC)。研究表明:最佳固液比(铝酸钙粉∶铝箔酸洗废液)为0.278(g/mL),所得的PAC碱化度达到70.31%。在将所制得的PAC用于含油废水处理研究时发现:当废水含油124.12mg/L、pH6~8、温度20~40℃时,PAC最佳投加量为0.6mL/L,含油废水絮凝效果最佳,油份去除率达到69.46%。
Acid wastewater generated in large quantities from the aluminum foil cleaning process using acid incurred pollution problems. This paper refers to a study for recovery of the discharged acid cleaning effluents, from which poly-aluminum chloride (PAC) is prepared and is used to treat oil bearing wastewater.
