阐述了学习型组织理论,分析了在市场经济条件下构建学习型高校的必要性和可能性,提出了构建学习型高校的有效措施及推动高校发展的新思路。
This paper expounds the learning-oriented organization theory, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of constructing the learning-oriented university under the condition of market economy, and advances some effective measures for constructing the learning-oriented university and some new ideas of promoting the university development.
