摘要 利用IC反应器对抚顺三宝屯污水处理厂的剩余污泥进行中温与高温厌氧消化试验,考察厌氧消化工艺的可行性。结果表明,中温、高温连续出泥分别为12d,8d后,出泥COD去除率开始稳定,产气量也逐渐达到稳定,气体中的甲烷含量在70%以上。絮凝试验结果表明,与生污泥相比,消化污泥经絮凝后等量干固体的泥饼体积仅为原来的56%。 The test is conducted on experiments of anaerobic digestion with IC reactor under mesophilic and high temperature conditions for residual sludge from Sanbaotun waste water plant in fushun, and the feasibility of anaerobic digestion process is investigated. The research result shows that the removal rate of COD and pro- ducing air quantities under mesophilic and high temperature conditions are steady after continuous producing sludge respectively for 12 or 8days. The methane content in air is over 70 %. Flocculation experiment shows that the mud cake volume of the equal weight digestive sludge after flocculating is 56 % , compared to raw sludge.
