摘要
以刺激海马脑片CA3区schafer侧支诱发CA1区的电位变化为指标,观察脑片在缺氧、复氧过程中群锋电位(PS)的变化,研究毛冬青甲素(IA)对其影响及谷氨酸(Glu)在其中所起的作用。实验结果表明,IA能明显延长PS幅值在缺氧时开始减小和消失的时间;明显降低缺氧损伤电位出现率和提高复氧后PS的恢复率;明显对抗Glu对PS幅值的抑制性影响。提示IA对大鼠海马脑片缺氧损伤具有明显保护作用,其作用机制与对抗Glu的神经毒性作用有密切关系。
The effect of Ilexonin A (IA) on neurons of rat hippocampus in hypoxic injury was studied by observing the changes of the amplitude of population spike (PS) of pyramidal cells through stimulating the cells in the CA 1 area of the hippocampus. The results showed that IA can prolong the starting decreasing time and disappearing time of the amplitude of PS, decrease the appearing rate of hypoxic injury potential, increase the recovery rate after reoxgenation, and counteract the glutamate inhibition to the amplitude of PS significantly. It is revealed that IA possesses a protective effect on neurons in hypoxic injury and its mechanism is closely linked to the resistance against the glutamate neurotoxicity.
