摘要
针对行波超声电机对驱动电源要求,设计了基于直接数字波合成技术(DDS)的超声电源.实现了稳频和精确调整输出信号频率和相位差的功能.实验得到了1 Hz的频率调整精度和1°的相位调整精度.
According to the demand of power supply for traveling wave ultrasonic motor, a new ultrasonic power supply designed based on direct digital synthesis(DDS) technology is presented in this paper. The output frequency of the power supply is steady frequency and phase difference could adjust accurately. Frequency adjust precision reached 1 Hz and phase difference adjust precisionreached 1° was proved by the test result.
