摘要
文章结合工作实际提出发展、改革、以人为本是建设和谐医院的主要内容，在建设和谐医院过程中必须要处理好医院发展与个人发展的关系、处理好医院改革与个人发展的关系以及个人发展与团队建设的关系。还就如何以人为本地建设和谐医院提出了建议。
Based on practical experience, the viewpoint that development, reform and people-oriented are main elements for building a harmonious hospital is put forward. In the process of building a harmonious hospital, the relationships between hospital development and personal development, hospital reform and personal development, as well as personal development and team building must be properly handled. Recommendations on how to build a people-oriented harmonious hospital are also proposed.
