摘要
将80目麦饭石与90%脱乙酰度壳聚糖的0.5%醋酸溶液按1:1.2质量比混合制成壳聚糖-麦饭石颗粒,用于梨果汁澄清处理。研究了不同壳聚糖脱乙酰度、壳聚糖-麦饭石添加量、梨果汁pH值、作用温度、时间等对梨果汁澄清效果的影响。确定最佳工艺参数是:澄清剂添加量10g/L,作用时间4min,作用温度为30℃左右;梨果汁的透光率80%以上,澄清效果较好。产生的滤泥用做动物饲料添加剂,对环境无污染。
A solid adsorbent was made from medicinal stone maifanshi and chitosan which can be used to clarification of pear juices. 80 mm medicinal stone maifanshi was added in chitosan slurry of 90% the degree of deacetylation to prepare adsorbent which mass ratio is 1:1.2. The optimal operation conditions: the absorbent amount of addition 10 g/L, agitation time 4 rain at 30 ℃ and the transparence is 80%.The filtrate slurry can be used for feed additive without environmental pollution.
