摘要
探讨了八种大孔树脂对二乔木兰花红色素组分的分离性能,并进行了色素成分的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分离。研究表明:LD-607树脂对二乔木兰花红色素的纯化较为适宜,其对该花色素制备样液的吸附容量达23.8ml/g干树脂,并可使样液中色素浓度提高为原来的8倍左右。HPLC法分离结果表明,在二乔木兰花红色素的218、329nm两组分中,每种组分均至少含两种色素成分。
The adsorption and desorption performance of eight macroporus adsorbent resin for separation red pigments from Magnoliaceae × soulangeana flower, and determination of pigments by high pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC) were studied. The results showed that the LD-607 is optimum for absorbing pigments among the eight resins, and its adsorption capacity for the liquid pigments sample is 23.8 ml/g dry resin. The concentration of pigments in the liquid sample is eight times of the first concentration after the pigments separated from the sample. In pigments of 218 nm or 329 tam, more than two kinds of constituents are discovered by HPLC analysis.
