摘要
以受试小鼠外周血象和血清生化指标中共23项指标为数据研究依据,对抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用功能学检验方法的研究中发现:利用主成分分析方法对23项指标进行科学合理地"降维"处理后,不但可以克服多指标综合评价带来的统计和分析的麻烦,充分地利用实验数据信息及其与功效特性极其相关的和隐含的重要细节,而且也能够筛选出与抗疲劳和耐缺氧功效最直接相关的主要功效指标,并依据主要因子的综合评分确定受试样品的功效特性大小,是一种量化评价功能学特性的新方法。
Basing on the periphery blood targets of tested mice and serum biochemistry altogether 23 targets, the research on evaluation of anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue found out that the dissertation made use of an important analyzed method of multivariate statistics --main composition analysis method, which can avoid the troubles caused by synthetically evaluation and make use of experiment statistics, that was comprehensive variable and reduce dimension, then the major functional effect index related directly with anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia effect has been further determined, and according to quantification of functional effect property of sample a new appraising method has been established basing on main composition synthesize.
