摘要
虚拟仪器在数据采集方面优势明显,而在控制方面较弱,PID控制包作为NI公司开发的工具包给工程技术人员提供了很大的便利。但实际应用中对炉温控制效果不理想,本文用labVIEW图形化编程对炉温PID控制进行了控制系统算法的改进,经投运效果改善明显。
Virtual instrument is better in data acquirement, but weaker in control. Although NI company provides the toolkit of PID control for engineers, which is convenient to work, It is not ideal for furnace temperature control. Therefore,the toolkit is improved with IabVIEW language program,which is ideal in practice in running.
