摘要
目的探讨Pokemon和NF-κBp65在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与乳腺癌发生、转移的相关性。方法应用免疫组化方法,检测52例乳腺癌、20例癌旁乳腺组织Pokemon蛋白和NF-κBp65的表达,并进行统计分析。结果乳腺癌、癌旁乳腺组织细胞核Pokemon蛋白高表达率分别为71.2%、40.0%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05),细胞核NF-κBp65阳性率分别为57.7%、35.0%,两者无显著差异(P>0.05)。细胞核Pokemon蛋白表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。细胞核NF-κB65表达与乳腺癌组织学分级相关(P<0.05)。乳腺癌细胞核Pokemon蛋白高表达与NF-κBp65阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论Pokemon和NF-κBp65可能共同参与了乳腺癌的发生和转移,Pokemon可能是NF-κBp65的1个重要调节因子。
Objective To explore the expression and the interaction of Pokemon and NF-κBp65 in the course of carcinogenesis and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The expression of Pokemon and NF-κBp65 was examined in 50 cases of primary breast cancer, 20 cases of adjacent noncancerous breast tissue by immunohistochemical assay. Results The rates of strong positive nuclear Pokemon expression in breast cancer and adjacent noncancerous breast tissue were 71.2% and 40% , respectively. The difference was statistically significant. The positive rates of nuclear NF-κBp65 expression in breast cancer and adjacent noncancerous breast tissue were 57.7% and 35%, respectively. The difference was not statistically significant. The positive expression of Pokemon in breast cancer was strongly related to lymph node metastasis( P 〈 0.05 ). Whereas the expression of NF- κBp65 in breast cancer was strongly related to histological grade( P 〈 0.05 ). There was a positive corelation between the strong positive nuclear Pokemon expression and the positive nuclear NF-κBp65 expression ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Pokemon and NF- κBp65 participated in the pathogenesis and metastasis of breast cancer, Pokemon may be an important regulator of NF-κBp65.
