摘要
对于成形过程中具有几何大变形的体内预应力钢结构,索与结构的接触摩擦将会耗散大量能量,不搞清楚接触工作情况,就无法准确确定索力,同时也无法准确认识结构成形过程受力状态和预应力情况.本文采用接触有限元法对成形过程中具有几何大变形的预应力结构进行了接触成形过程研究,提出采用直接约束法可以较好地模拟此类接触问题.本文研究对施工中索力控制具有指导意义,同时为几何大变形预应力结构的设计提供一条新的途径.
During construction of internal prestressed structure with geometrical large deformation, contact friction in the cable and structure will dissipate a deal of energy. If the contact problem is not solved, the cable's force will not be defined. Besides, the stress in forming process and the prestress distribution are not determined accurately. Based on the contact finite element method, contact forming process is studied in this paper. The results show that the direct restraint method is a good method to simulate the contact problem presented. Research in this paper is of engineering significance to guild the control of cable construction, and puts forward a new method for design of such prestressed structure with geometrical large deformation.
