摘要
对ANSYS/LS-DYNA求解齿轮啮合冲击问题进行了研究,给出了齿轮啮合冲击碰撞数学模型及数值解求解步骤与方法,进行了实例计算,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA对齿轮啮入冲击过程进行了数值仿真,得出了冲击速度与冲击力、齿宽与冲击力的数量关系,得到了较精确的冲击时间。研究表明ANSYS/LS-DYNA是研究齿轮啮合冲击问题的十分有用的工具,为齿轮啮合冲击的研究提供了一种新方法与途径。
Solving gear meshing impact problems by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software is studied. The mathematical model of gear meshing impact and collision is presented. The gear meshing-in impact process is simulated. The relationship between the impact velocity and the impact force, and that between the gear width and the impact force are given. The accurate impact time is obtained. A new approach for studying gear meshing impact is proposed here, and the numerical simalation results show that ANSYS/LS-DYNA software is a very useful tool for solving gear corner contact shock problems outside the normal path of action line.
