摘要 探讨机械预处理对光叶楮白皮生物法制浆结果的影响。研究发现,机械-生物法制浆周期仅为45h,比直接生物法制浆缩短47h。制浆过程酶活力分析结果表明,脱胶菌主要产果胶酶,并且酶活力在36h达到峰值,木聚糖酶和纤维素酶活力在整个周期内均是缓慢增加。相同时间的三种酶活力大小与直接生物法制浆较为接近,说明制浆周期缩短主要是由于机械预处理的作用。机械-生物法与直接生物法相比,虽然纤维素脱除率略高,果胶脱除率略低,但木素脱除率较高,戊聚糖也得到了更多的保留。 The influence of mechanical pretreatment on biopulping results of Guangyechu white bast was investigated. The results showed that the period by mechanical biopulping was only 45 h, which was 47 h shorter than directly biopulping. The analysis results of enzyme activity showed that the bacillus for degumming mainly produced pectinase, the pectinase activity reached its peak value at 36 h, the xylanase and cellulase activity gradually increased during the whole period. The activity of these three enzymes are all close to that of directly biopulping when the time are same, this indicates that the period shorten is due to the effect of mechanical pretreatment. Compared with directly pulping, the removing rate of cellulose is slightly higher, also that of pectin is much lower, but the lignin get further removing, and the pentosan are more remained.
