摘要
应用有限元方法对电机换向抽油机支架进行优化设计与分析,以支架质量最小为优化目标,建立了支架优化的有限元分析模型,并对其进行数学描述.优化分析计算结果表明:优化后的支架在满足结构安全的条件下最大限度地发挥了结构各构件的承载能力.
Optimized design and analysis of framework on motor-reversing type pumping unit is stated in this paper. The model used in finite element analysis is set up. Finite element analysis aims at minimum weight of framework. The results show that optimized framework on the condition of framework safety exerts the maximum bearing capacity of each part.
