摘要
以334名大学生为被试,采用问卷法考察其情绪调节方式的一般模式及其特点。研究发现:(1)大学生采取多种方式调节自身情绪,使用最频繁的调节方式是积极分心,使用最少的方式是暂时解脱;(2)女大学生更倾向于使用发泄或表达情绪、消极分心两种调节方式,男大学生更倾向于使用认知管理、接受与重构、暂时解脱三种调节方式;(3)大学生情绪调节方式的使用不存在明显的年级差异;(4)文科生更倾向于使用发泄或表达情绪的方式,理科生更倾向于使用暂时解脱的方式。
334 University Students were measured by the questionnaire to explore the features of emotion regulation styles they use. The results indicate that (1) University Students use a variety of emotion regulation styles to regulate their emotion. The frequentest style they use is active distraction,and the least style they use is temporary relief. (2) There exists significant gender difference in the styles of venting & expressing emotion, cognitive engagement, acceptance and reframing, passive distraction, temporary relief. Females tend to use venting &expressing emotion, passive distraction, and males tend tO use cognitive engagement, acceptance and reframing,temporary relief. (3)There isn't significant grade difference in emotion regulation styles of University student. (4) There exist significant subject difference in the styles of venting & expressing emotion and temporary relief. The Arts tend to use venting & expressing emotion,and the sciences tend to use temporary relief.
