二维机织复合材料湿热环境下挤压和断纹剪切强度研究 被引量:1

摘要 实验研究不同铺层厚度的二维机织F115玻璃纤维织物增强FM-73环氧胶膜基体复合材料层压板室温和湿热环境下的螺栓连接挤压强度和断纹剪切强度。结果表明,材料挤压强度和断纹剪切强度具有尺寸效应,挤压强度随试样铺层厚度增加而增加,未吸湿室温条件和吸湿湿热条件下,材料挤压强度最大增幅分别为37.50%和35.72%;断纹剪切强度随试样铺层厚度增加而下降,未吸湿室温条件下,断纹剪切强度随试样铺层厚度增加线性下降,最大降幅为15.31%,吸湿湿热条件下,最大降幅为9.85%。材料平衡吸湿量平均为2.2%,吸湿后材料性能发生严重退化,材料达到平衡吸湿后,摄氏70℃,相对湿度85%的湿热环境下,挤压强度保有率平均为54.22%;断纹剪切强度保有率平均为53.96%。 Bearing strength by bolted joint and punch-type strength of F115 glass-fiber woven reinforced FM-73 epoxy pliofilm laminates is investigated experimentally at room temperature and hygrothermal environment. The results of experiment indicate that the bearing strength by bolted joint and punch-type strength of composite has size effect. Bearing strength by bolted joint increases along with increasing thickness of specimens, and it's maximal increment is 37.50% and 35.72% in room temperature and hygrothermal environment respectively. The punch-type strength linearly reduces along with thickness of specimens, and it's maximal decrement is 15.31% in room temperature. The maxirnal decrement of punch-type strength is 9.85 % in hygrothemkal environment. Balanced moisture content of this composite is up to 2.2%, and property of composite degrades during moisture absorption. After composites obtain balanced moisture content, average retention of bearing strength by bolted joint is 54.22 %, and punch-type strength retention is 53.96 % at 70℃ with 85% relative humidity.
