滚动轮胎侧倾接地性能有限元分析 被引量:5

摘要 建立子午线轮胎滚动分析的三维有限元模型,在模型中充分考虑轮胎材料和结构的复杂性,轮胎与轮辋过盈配合以及轮胎与轮辋、地面的接触摩擦等状况,研究轮胎侧倾滚动状态下的速度和外倾角对轮胎变形、接地区应力和帘线的应力分布规律的影响。 The three-dimensional finite element model of rolling tire is established. The complexity of material and structure, the interference fitting between tire and rim, the friction between tire and rim or ground is considered in the model. The deformation, cord stress distribution, and stress distribution in contact area of tire are investigates under standard inflation pressure, rated load and different camber rolling state. The influence of velocity and camber angle on the adhesive performance of tire in contact area is also investigated.
