摘要
为了满足控制工程应用中控制器的控制算法尽量简单、在线整定参数尽量少,及便于掌握等要求,提出了一种简易的单参数自适应PID控制算法。较之于传统PID算法,该算法比较简单,只需整定一个参数,且能够根据误差和误差变化速率按照非线性规律不断地进行修正,且有良好的动态控制性能。现已经用于印染行业中打样机温度的控制,控制结果表明,该算法的控制效果良好,适应能力较强,具有算法简单、参数整定容易等特点,非常适合于工程上的应用。
A simple self-adaptive PID control with single parameter is introduced to satisfy the control requirements such as simple control algorithm, few tuning parameters, easy to master in application, etc. Compared with classical PID, the proposed control algorithm with single parameter is simple, and can self-adaptively tune the parameter nonlinearly according to the error and the change velocity of error, resulting in the good dynamic performance. The algorithm is applied to the temperature control of a dyeing equipment. The application results show that the control algorithm with self-adaptive ability has good control performance, easy to tune the parameters etc. It is fairly appropriate for the engineering application.
