摘要
由于工业现场条件复杂、干扰多、实验难度较高,需研究复杂大机组的控制特性。文中设计了一个基于Lab-VIEW的双容水箱实验平台,以求在该平台基础上,进行理论新算法的研究和验证,最终达到工程应用的移植。文中首先从设计思路入手,然后辨识求取对象数学传函,搭建PID控制模型,最后通过实验数据验证模型正确性,分析PID控制特性。
Because of the complex condition and lots of disturbance, what makes the experimentation in the industry more difficult, design a double-hold water tank based on the LabVIEW in order to study the controlling characteristics of the complex set. Also expect to use the device to study and validate the new arithmetic and then transplant the new method to application on the project. Firstly introduce the design method, and then identify the mathematical model and build the control model, at last test the correctness of the model using the experiment data and analyze PID control characteristics.
