摘要
针对常减压蒸馏装置负荷转移技术加工卡宾达、曼吉和番禺三种不同性质原油的操作条件进行过程优化。通过比较它们的操作条件,认为平衡四塔的汽、液相负荷是负荷转移技术的关键,常压塔以及与一级减压塔之间的关联操作,在加工过程中举足轻重;常压部分的中段回流,尤其是常二中与常规操作有所不同,取热不能过大。在满足常压塔拔出率最大和产品质量合格前提下,得出加工卡宾达、曼吉和番禺三种不同性质原油的常压塔,最佳进料温度分别为336℃、330℃和335℃。
The process of crude oil distillation units load transfer technique was simulated by Aspen Plus software. Based on the comparison of optimization results of three different crude oil, such as Kabinda crude oil, Manji crude oil and Fanyu crude oil, it indicates that the crux of crude oil distillation units load transfer technique is balance gas-load and liquid-load of four columns very well, The operation of the atmospheric column and the association operation of the atmospheric column with the one-stage vacuum column are very important among all factors ; It is important to adjust the circle flux of the atmospheric column, especially the atmospheric second-circle flux, too much energy must not be drawn. On the premise of the maximum of the atmospheric column pull-out rate and satisfaction of product quality target, the optimized feed-in temperature of atmospheric column on processing Kabinda crude oil, Manji crude oil and Fanyu crude is 336℃ ,330℃和3350℃
