摘要
在酸性条件下,溴酸钾氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,Mn^2+对这一体系的化学发光具有增强作用。据此,结合流动注射技术,建立了一种测定Mn^2+的新方法。线性范围为1.0×10^-8~6.0×10^-6 mol/L;检出限为8.0×10^-9mol/L(30);对1.0×10^-6mol/L的Mn^2+进行了平行测定(n=11),其相对标准偏差为2.4%。该方法可用于矿泉水中Mn^2+的测定。
A new method for the determination of soluble Mn( Ⅱ ) was developed using flow injection chemiluminescence analysis based on that soluble Mn( Ⅱ ) greatly enhancing the emission intensity of the chemiluminescence reaction of Potassium bmmate and luminol in acid solution. The linear range was 1.0×10^-8 to 6.0×10^-6 mol/Lwith a detection limit of 8.0 ×10^-9 mol/L for soluble Mn( Ⅱ ) and the relative standard deviation was 2.4% (c = 1.0 ×10^-6mol/L, n = 11). The method was successfully applied to assay of soluble Mn( Ⅱ ) in mineral water with satisfactory results.
