摘要
利用PSp ice软件,采用电路仿真的方法深入研究了约瑟夫森结在射频辐照下的I-V特性,观察到了亚谐波台阶的存在,得出了台阶高度与射频电流幅度的关系,结果对于约瑟夫森结在电压标准和射频检测等方面的应用有重要的参考价值。
Taking advantage of the software PSpice, we used RCSJ model to simulate the I - V characteristics of the Josephson junctions under the radiation of microwave. Integers as well as subharmonic constant voltage steps are observed. We also obtained the relations between the height of subharmonic steps and the amplitude of RF current. The results are valuable for the research and application of Josephson junction in voltage standard and microwave detection.
