摘要
为精确测量无轨电车的能耗,本文介绍了一款电能测量的专用芯片CS5460A和采用该芯片开发的无轨电车电度表系统。讨论了电度表的电能测量硬件技术原理,给出了软件原理框图,并且分析了该系统隔离安全以及软硬件的EMC设计,用于提高可靠性和稳定性。该系统实现了用电能耗、线网电压、线网电流的准确计量,为无轨电车用电的科学管理奠定了基础。
In order to realize the precise measurement of power consumption of the trolley bus, a special chip named CS5460A for measuring power energy is presented in this paper, based on which a power meter system for trolley bus is made. Not only the measure principles of the system in hardware are introduced, but also the software flow chart are discussed. To improve the reliability and stability of system, the isolation and EMC both in software and hardware are discussed. The precise measurement of power energy, voltage and current is realized via the intelligent kilowatt-hour meter, and it can promote the scientifical management for trolley bus energy.
