摘要
以ARM和数字信号处理(DSP)构建底层的开放式数控平台。针对基于PC和单片机的开放式数控系统存在的不足,详细分析开放式数控系统的功能需求,硬件系统以ARM为开放式数控系统主板,以DSP构建运动控制器;软件平台由嵌入式L inux操作系统和M in iGUI图形系统构成。实现软/硬件系统的底层开放,扩展了开放式数控系统的网络功能,最终将数控系统与实际机床本体(G-CNC6135车床)进行联机切削试验。
An opening numerical control system is constructed based on ARM and DSP. Aiming at the disadvantage of the opening numerical control system based on PC or single chip, analyze the function need and wants of the opening numerical control system. The hardware fiat of the opening numerical control system includes a main control board based on ARM and motion control- lets based on DSP. And the software fiat is constituted of the embed Linux operating system and the MiniGUI graphic system. The system realizes the open of the hardware and software fiat and expands the net functions. Finally the cutting experiments have been done by connecting the opening numerical control system with the machine tool(G-CNC6135).
