摘要
傣族的饮食文化是傣族多姿多彩的民族文化中的一个重要组成部分。傣族地区的自然条件和社会条件都对傣族的饮食文化产生了各种影响。综合而言,傣族以稻米为主食,菜肴则喜好酸味,喜好凉食,少食肉类。其传统的饮食文化与现代科学的养生之道有许多相合之处。
The dietary culture of the Dai nationality in Dehong Prefecture is a key part of the colorful culture of the Dai nationality. The natural geography and social conditions of the Dai area have exerted various influences on the dietary culture of the Dai nationality. Generally speaking, the Dai people take rice as their staple food and prefer cool dishes with a little meat and a sour taste. The dietary culture of the Dai nationality is in line with the ways of maintaining good health advocated by modern science.
