摘要
目的研究杨叶肖槿的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化,薄层色谱及波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果从其树皮95%乙醇提取物中分得7个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-6'-硬脂酸酯(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)、山柰素(Ⅳ)、正三十一烷醇(Ⅴ)、硬脂酸(Ⅵ)、白桦脂醇(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the stem bark of Thespesia populnea. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. Resuits Seven compounds were identified as β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-6'-O-stearate ( Ⅰ) , β - sitosterol ( Ⅱ) , dancosterol (Ⅲ), kaempferol (Ⅳ), 1-hentriacontanol (Ⅴ), stearic acid (Ⅵ), betulin(Ⅶ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅵ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
