专家评教和学生评教的差异性及其原因分析——以商洛学院2005—2006(2)学期为例 被引量:2

Analyzing the Differences of the Two Teaching Evaluation Ways Given by the Experts and the Students Respectively——With 2005-2006(2) in Shangluo University as an example

摘要 商洛学院2005—2006(2)学期的评教结果表明专家评教和学生评教两种教学评价手段存在差异性,其主要原因在于评价主体的素质、评价过程、授课教师在两种评价过程中的表现、课程性质及两种评教手段的预期倾向等不同。进一步加强商洛学院教学质量监控体系建设的对策是提高教学质量意识,完善学院教学评价指标体系,加强对教学评价工作的研究,搭建现代信息化平台,进一步增强学生评教的科学性和客观性等举措。 Teaching evaluation is a very complex and integrated process due to the use of different evaluation standards and the different evaluation elements and the different evaluated subjects. Therefore, the results of evaluation is usually different,sometimes even great. Shangluo university gives us an example in the term of 2005-2006 (2).Its evaluation results given by the experts and the students are quite different.Here we will analyze the reasons,and then put forward some suggestions to narrow the gap so as to improve the supervising system for teaching quality in Shangluo university.
