摘要
目的探讨人发中微量元素含量与年龄、性别的关系。方法用原子吸收分光光度法测定了四川省南部县丘垭乡中小学校166名学生头发中铜、锌、铁、锰含量,并进行性别、年龄的对比分析。结果中小学生头发中铜、锌含量无明显的性别差异,发锰含量女生高于男生,其中7~9岁、13~17岁组有明显差异;发铁含量10~12岁与18~21岁组男生明显高于女生;发中微量元素含量存在明显的年龄差异,其中发锌含量随年龄的增长而增加,发铁和发锰含量随年龄的增长而降低,各年龄组间均有非常显著性差异。结论发中微量元素含量存在年龄和性别的差异,尤以年龄差异更显著。此变化特征对今后的微量元素与健康的研究具有重要的参考价值与指导意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between content of trace elements of hair and age and sex. Mothod The contents of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn in hair of 166 students in Sichuan province were determined by atomic absorb spectrometry and were analyzed by sex and age. Result The result showed that there was no significant difference in Cu and Zn contents from different sex. The content of Mn in female students was higher than that of male students, and there were significant differences in 7-9 year group and 13-17 year group. The level of Fe in hair of male students in 10-12 year group and 18-21 year group were higher than that of female. Meanwhile, the levels of trace elements in hair were greatly influenced by age. The content of Zn in hair was increased with age while the contents of Fe and Mn were on the contrary. There are significant differences in all age groups. Conclusion The results suggest that the level of trace element changes with age and sex, especially with age. The feature attaches importance and guidelines to the future study of trace element and health.
