摘要
以新戊二醇、柠檬酸为原料,设计合成了以新戊二醇为核心的多羟基多酸爪形小分子柠檬酸-新戊二醇-柠檬酸(CNC),再利用酯化反应依次与带有功能化基团的硬酯酸、十八醇接枝合成了新型的多元酯类爪形大分子柠檬酸-新戊二醇-柠檬酸-硬酯酸-十八醇(CNC-SO)。用核磁共振、红外光谱对合成的两种化合物进行了结构表征,表征结果显示,合成产物为CNC和CNC-SO,结构与所设计的分子结构吻合。用元素分析确定了两种化合物的组成分别为C17H24O14和C107H202O15。CNC-SO可溶于非极性的有机溶剂,不溶于水。在不同的轻柴油中添加600μg/g的CNC-SO,柴油的冷滤点降低了7℃。
Citric acid -neopentylene glycol -citric acid (CNC) claw molecule was synthesized from neopentylene glycol and citric acid. The obtained CNC further reacted with stearic acid and octadecyl alcohol by esterification to form citric acid - neopentylene glycol - citric acid - stearic acid - octadecyl alcohol (CNC - SO) claw large - molecule. It was used as fluidity improver of diesel oil at low temperature. The obtained CNC and CNC -SO were characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. Molecular formulae of CNC and CNC - SO are C17 H24 O14 and C107 H202 O15, respectively. Cold filter plugging point and freezing point of diesel oil with CNC - SO were measured. CNC -SO can be dissolved in nonpolar organic solvent but not in water. When CNC -SO content in light diesel oil is 600μg/g, the cold filter plugging point of the light diesel oil can be lowered for 7℃, so its fluidity at low temperature can be significantly improved.
