摘要
民主参与与政治稳定的关系比较复杂,民主参与孕育着政治稳定,而民主参与的发展过程及其不成熟性却滋生着不稳定。政治稳定呼唤成熟的公民意识,成熟的公民意识对政治稳定具有重要意义,我们要通过公民意识的培养来维护民主参与中的政治稳定。
The relationship between democratic participation and political stability is relatively complicated,for democratic participation leads to political stability eventually,but its growing process and immaturity can result in instability.Political stability calls for mature citizen consciousness which has important significance to it.So,we should strengthen the cultivation of citizen consciousness to maintain the political stability in democratic participation.
