微波辐射与肿瘤细胞凋亡

Microwave radiation and apoptosis of tumor cells

摘要 微波辐射具有广泛的生物学效应,并能诱导多种细胞发生凋亡。微波治疗技术也已在抗肿瘤治疗上广为应用。本文就微波的治疗原理、微波辐射与肿瘤细胞凋亡关系的研究现状、可能的相关机制、目前研究存在的问题和难点以及微波应用情况等作一综述。 Microwave has extensive biological effects, including inducing the apoptosis of various cells. As a way of anti-tumor treatment, microwave has been used widely. This paper reviewed the therapeutic principles of microwave, the research advances on the relationship between microwave radiation and tumor cell apoptosis, the possible mechanism, the existing problems and difficulties,as well as its applications.
