摘要
目的:通过检测生殖器疱疹患者Toll样受体9(TLR9)及血清IL-12、IFN-γ水平,从天然免疫角度探讨生殖器疱疹的发病机制。方法:收集生殖器疱疹患者42例及健康对照者25名,应用实时定量PCR技术检测外周血单个核细胞TLR9的表达;用ELISA检测血清IL-12、IFN-γ水平。结果:生殖器疱疹组外周血单个核细胞TLR9的表达以及血清IL-12、IFN-γ水平明显高于对照组,两者差异有显著性。结论:人体可能通过TLR9识别生殖器疱疹病毒,并诱发Th1型免疫反应。
Objective To explore the pathogenesis of genital herpes from the view of innate immune response through detecting the expressions of TLR9,IL-12 and IFN-γ.Methods Forty-two cases of genital herpes and 25 healthy controls were collected.Real-time quantitative PCR method was used to detect the expression of TLR9 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) ;ELISA assay was used to detect the expression of IL-12 and IFN-γ in the serum.Results The expression of TLR9,IL-12 and IFN-γ in the genital herpes group were higher than which of the controls.There was significance difference between these two groups.Conclusions It is suggested that the body can recognize the herpes simplex virus and induce Th1 immune response through TLR9.
