摘要
在传统的LED太阳能电池系统中,通常采用单晶硅实现其直流升压电路,这将导致太阳能板的利用效率低,造成其使用寿命的缩减。本文在研究太阳电池电路模型的基础上,提出了一种新型的直流升压电路设计方法,即运用两种或者多种材料的合理组合,产生电路所需要的直流电压,将其植入固态光源LED的驱动电路,该方案可最大程度地利用太阳能,具有高效性和实用性。
In conventional direct current boost circuit of solar lighting system, the solar cell is often connected to monocrystalline silicon boost circuit, which will cause poor efficiency of solar energy, and it will also make the battery lack of charging, thus shorten its life. This paper makes a research on the direct current boost circuit model of the solar cell, and then proposes a novel circuit frame based on two or more materials which will make the best use of solar energy. The proposed direct current boost circuit is applied in LED lighting system and the validity is improved.
