摘要
为了提高路面混凝土的耐久性,通过机理分析,将炼钢时的废渣磨细后,作为第6组分掺入水泥混凝土中,制作了高性能路面混凝土(HPPC)试件,并对掺磨细矿渣高性能路面混凝土试件进行了耐磨性、抗渗性、抗冻性(包括一般冻融和盐冻耦合)及收缩性(包括干缩和温缩)的试验。结果表明:掺磨细矿渣后,高性能路面混凝土的耐磨性、抗渗性、抗冻性均有显著提高,干缩和温缩均大幅度减小。
In order to improve durability of pavement concrete by mechanism analysis, the high performance pavement concrete (HPPC) specimen was made by mixing with the wasted fine slag of steel-making which was regarded as the 6th constituent. Durability tests of the specimen, including tests of abrasion resistance, infiltration resistance, frost resistance (routine frost and coupling with the frost and salt), shrinkage (dryness and temperature) were done. Results show that all kinds of performances, such as abrasion resistance, infiltration resistance, frost resistance are improved obviously; dryness shrinkage and temperature shrinkage decrease obviously.
